Refund policy

The Vetta Box is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can skip a month or cancel anytime.
What you pay
- Regular price: $60 per box, plus shipping, billed once a month.
- Founding members: your first box is $50 with free shipping. After that, your subscription continues at $60 per month plus shipping.
- Your renewal date and amount always show in your account under Subscriptions.
When you're charged
Your first box is charged at checkout. After that, your saved payment method is charged automatically each month on your renewal date. Founding boxes ship in December, and founding members' next charge comes after their first box ships.
How to skip or cancel
- Online: log in at vettawellness.com, open Subscriptions, and choose skip or cancel.
- By email: write to admin@vettawellness.com and we'll take care of it within one business day.
To avoid your next charge, skip or cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund boxes already charged, except as described in our refund policy.
Charged by mistake?
If a renewal goes through that you meant to cancel, email us within 48 hours. If your box hasn't shipped yet, we'll refund it in full.
Changing your picks
You can update your categories and keep-out list anytime by replying to any Vetta email or writing to admin@vettawellness.com. Changes made before your renewal date apply to that month's box.
Price changes
If the subscription price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your next charge, so you can skip or cancel first.
Failed payments
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you and retry. If it still fails, your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.
Return & refund policy

Before a box ships, you can get a full refund. After it ships, we can't take returns of personal care or food items, but we'll make it right if something arrives damaged or wrong.
Before your box ships
- Founding boxes (ships December): fully refundable anytime before your first box ships. Email admin@vettawellness.com and we'll refund your $50 and cancel your subscription.
- Monthly boxes: if you're charged for a box you meant to skip or cancel, email us within 48 hours. If it hasn't shipped, we'll refund it in full.
After your box ships
Because our boxes contain skin care, body care, and food and drink items, we can't accept returns or give refunds once a box has shipped, including for opened products. This keeps every product we send fresh and safe.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or isn't what your box should contain, email admin@vettawellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund that item.
Products that don't agree with you
We check every product against your keep-out list, but everyone's body is different. Always read the full ingredient list before use. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and contact a doctor if needed. Then tell us, and we'll update your profile so it never comes back.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
